#37 Integrate with InfoPages plugin v1.9
- Add a option in config to allow administrator to use "InfoPage" plugin to display the main navigation bar rather than the default one.
- Note: InfoPages plugin v1.9 cannot display Javascript navigation bar in "Candidate" and "Employer" LOGIN SECTION.
