1. One template license only applies to one domain.
2. The Client will not sell, license or distribute the software, either in its entirety or modified form to a third party, or use in any other products, unless agreed under different terms by Nasthon Systems. This restriction also implies the use of this software as a 'hosted' service for other websites, which includes either renting, leasing, selling or giving away the services offered by this software to other websites or webmasters.
3. Any sections of your own modifications / customizations will fall under your copyright, then the file will be mixed with code that contains our copyright and your copyright.
4. Nasthon Systems does not offer refunds for themes, templates, skins or software products, neither are we liable for any hardware or software damage or data corruption on your server(s). You are licensed to use one copy of this software per site, additional installations require additional purchases. By utilising our software you agree to our terms and conditions of use.
