如何為電郵內容加上簽名檔 (Signature) ? Send Print
  1. 登入網上電郵系統 (Squirrelmail) https://www.<yourdomain>.com/squirrelmail
  2. 按 環境設定 > 個人資訊:
    signature-1

  3. signature-2
    • #1 - 輸入你的簽名文字，如果需要輸入網址連結，請以 HTML 代碼輸入，即:
      <a href="http://yourwebsite.com">www.yourwebsite.com</a>
      注: 如果輸入的簽名網址域名和使用的網上電郵域名一樣，在 href="xxx" 輸入的連結請刪去 www, 如上方例子。
    • #2 - 剔選此欄，代表使用簽名檔
    • #3 - 如果你想在簽名檔前以 '--' 分隔，可以剔選這裏。
    • #4 - 按送出完成設定。
